Site Promotions PTY LTD (corporation) was established in 1999, and is based in Melbourne Australia. Prior to 1999, we operated under the business name of "OE Research".

We have diverse business interests, and develop a broad range of technology, specializing in roulette prediction hardware and techniques that enable you to win at roulette. Our focus is on roulette as we have found it to be highly profitable. In addition to developing roulette cheating technology, we also develop effective roulette systems, which do not require the use of electronic equipment. While roulette prediction is our focus, we also develop various other casino game prediction technology, including for blackjack and poker.

Numerous individuals and companies under contract have contributed to our roulette cheating technology, most of which are listed below. The names of some individuals and companies have not been provided to preserve their identity.

Steve Hourmouzis: Steve is the managing director and founder of Site Promotions PTY LTD. He has been involved in the development of numerous gambling strategies and electronic cheating devices for approximately 15 years. His focus is how to win at roulette.

In addition to providing the team with knowledge of the physics of roulette wheels, he directs the team to ensure the job is done correctly. Steve has conducted numerous public demonstrations of his technology to large audiences. Footage of one of his public demonstrations will be provided soon. He is considered by many to be the world's foremost expert in roulette prediction.

Electronics technician company (un-named): As a private contractor, our technicians handle all our basic electronics, from simple cables to modification of mobile phone equipment. Our technicians also work closely with custom electronics and microchips developed by an independent company. In order to make mobile phone hardware a viable platform for roulette cheating devices, our technicians make numerous essential modifications.

Full-time J2ME and J2EE programmers (un-named): We have employed the services of two highly skilled programmers on a full-time basis. While some of our devices are almost entirely hardware without software, the devices explained on this website are a combination of mobile phone hardware and J2ME software which is coded by our programmers.

Mathematicians (un-named): The mathematics and algorithms of a roulette computer are essential to its accuracy. We have utilized the consulting services of two mathematicians to ensure the suitability of the algorithms used by our technology. For those wishing to develop their own roulette computers, copies of both of the reports from the mathematicians are available for US$15,000. The reports detail all algorithms. They are far from simple, and correctly model the physics of roulette wheels to ensure maximum accuracy. Unlike the majority of roulette computers, the algorithms are considerably more than a few lines of programming code, and effectively beat any modern roulette wheel, not just easily beaten older wheels.

PIC Microchip programmers (un-named): PIC microchips are of-the-shelf microchips that are extremely easy to program. Their small size makes them ideal for our miniature roulette computers, which are designed to be "swallowable" for maximum covertness. However, unlike our mobile phone versions, they lack the features and sophistication to beat most modern roulette wheels. Our PIC programmers have also developed numerous PIC versions, overall we have found development on modified mobile phone platforms to be more appropriate. This is because our mobile phone versions are already extremely covert, and they are suitable for algorithms and features that are absolutely essential to beat modern roulette wheels.

Custom microchip developers: For much of our technology, custom microchips are required. This is no small task, so we had to source the expertise of numerous companies to create equipment that fulfills our requirement. While this sort of development is far from cheap, it has led to the development of the most effective and most profitable roulette prediction technology available anywhere.
