Frequently Asked Questions | Roulette Cheating Device
The most commonly asked questions and answers. Before contacting us with questions, please review this page.
1. How do I know if your roulette computer is legal to apply in my casino to win roulette?
Seek independent legal advice regarding this issue, although one option is to ask your local gaming authority - after all, they're the ones that created the laws. Our roulette computer is not to be used illegally under any circumstances. If we discover you are using the computer illegally, we will deny you access to ongoing codes that are required on a periodic basis to keep the software operational. Understand if you apply the technology illegally, you put us at risk, and we will do what we can to protect ourselves and ensure the technology is only used for the intended purpose.
2. On what wheels can I apply your Roulette Computer?
Our roulette computer is effective on all wheel designs, including scalloped wheels. For application of any roulette computer, typically you need to be able to bet after the wheel is spun. However, our roulette computer does have a wheel analysis feature that searches for wheel patterns, and this enables you to successfully beat roulette even if you cannot bet after the wheel is spun. However, keep in mind if you were to apply our roulette computer in a real casino, it is your sole responsibility to ensure legal compliance.
3. Is there a way to win without a roulette computer?
Yes, and it is explained at www.genuinewinner.com. Although it is not as effective as the roulette computer in situations where you can bet after a wheel is spun, it is completely legal in ALL jurisdictions and enables you to bet before the wheel is spun.
4. Does your roulette computer use lasers in any way to detect where the ball will land?
Some versions of my roulette computer do apply lasers, but they are not recommended as they are easily detected.
5. Exactly how does the roulette computer take timings of the wheel and ball?
You click the roulette computer's data cable's button (toe operated) as the ball and wheel's zero pass the reference diamond. The reference diamond can be any diamond as long as you don't change it. The computer does the rest based on the timings.
6. Doesn't manual clicking of the roulette computer button to take timings mean there will be human errors?
Yes of course, but understand most roulette computers use simplistic algorithms that make human errors in timing fatal to the roulette computer's accuracy. However our roulette computer uses extremely advanced algorithms that take human errors into account. Furthermore, if the roulette computer determines that a particular prediction is not likely to be accurate (whether it be due to human error or otherwise), the roulette computer informs the user that the bet is considered a risk. The user can then enter another set of clicks for an updated prediction if he/she still has time, or simply play on the next spin. If you are still in doubt, see video 2 where our computer's ability to deal with timing errors is demonstrated.
7. Does the roulette computer have a warranty?
Yes, 12 months. If the roulette computer is broken after the 12 months, the replacement cost is US$500 (just the roulette computer itself, not components) although you must return the broken roulette computer. The warranty only applies if the roulette computer has been used as intended, not if it was broken due to dropping it or a similar form of abuse.
8. Can you make your roulette computer smaller?
Yes, but mobile phones are the perfect hardware in every respect. We can provide a microchip version (smaller), but it is overkill. If you are after the smallest computer possible, we can provide a "swallowable" model that is operated entirely in your mouth. But the swallowable model lacks the sophistication of our other models, so it is not suitable for all roulette wheels.
9. What follow-up support do you offer with your roulette computer?
The roulette computer is easy to apply and includes full documentation with illustrations. We also offer email, phone, web cam and in-person support.
10. Can I purchase your roulette computer without a personal demo?
Yes of course. Roulette computer personal demos before you buy are optional. They are conducted in Melbourne Australia.
11. What else do I need to know about buying roulette computers?
We are confident in claiming we have the only truly effective publicly available roulette computer for modern level wheels. Competition between cheating device sellers is brutal, and every seller claims to have the best device, and that all others are frauds. Our advice is do your research thoroughly and come to your own conclusions. If you intend to acquire the most effective and practical device, we advise you to visit vendors personally. It is important to make the right decision because most roulette computers will only deplete your bankroll, and do not offer features which are essential to remain covert.
12. What are the advantages of the roulette computer using wireless technology?
Normally the roulette computer has a cable with a button, and you click the button to take timings of the wheel and ball revolutions. Use of a wireless transmitter enables you to have one player taking the timings, and another placing the bets. If roulette computer wireless technology is applied, then either operators can walk away from each other and back again freely, and the connection will not be cut. The advantage of this is you and a team member can alternate who is the winner. This ultimately enables you to win more while remaining undetected.
13. Where is it legal to apply roulette computers?
Roulette computers are illegal in Australia, and most of the USA. They are legal in most other jurisdictions. As a user of our equipment, we will advise you where play is legal, although you should still always obtain your own legal advice from solicitors.
14. Do you offer a free evaluation copy of your roulette computer?
No, but you can see everything you want in person free of charge. You can even apply the computer for yourself on a real wheel. Additionally, if payment is held in escrow, you can witness a live personal demonstration via webcam. You can get all the proof of effectiveness you want provided your request and the conditions are reasonable.
15. What if casinos do not permit bets after spins anymore? Wont this make the computer worthless?
It is unlikely casinos will ever disallow bets after ball release. This is because calling no more bets after ball release speeds up the game, so more bets are wagered, and the casino ultimately earns more. There are far more losers than winning roulette computer users, so it is not financially viable for casinos to call no more bets before the ball is released. However, if bets after spins were no longer permitted, you could still use the software's pattern analysis features which enable you predict where the ball will land, even if bets are placed before the spin. This pattern analysis feature specifically looks for part of the patterns for the system explained at www.genuinewinner.com.
16. Can I pay you for the roulette computer with the profits or payments in installments?
You can become a partner where you pay us only 50% of your profits. The actual equipment is free ($0.00). Click the "Partner" link on the left side of our site for further details. However, if you become a partner, you are not permitted to purchase later. This is because an outright purchase would be unfair to us.
17. Who developed your computer?
In a nutshell, 3 different programming firms, 2 mathematicians, a physicist, 3 different electronics technicians, and our director Steve Hourmouzis. Creating an effective device to beat roulette is not a small task so expertise from many fields were required. Our current staff includes a full time electronics technician, and two full time software developers which ensure the hardware and software still beat the latest roulette wheels.
18. Is it true your computer rejects 75% of spins and announces "risk" if the wheel speed isn't consistent?
NO, it is a blatantly false claim spread by another roulette cheating device developer who has never even seen our device. The "risk analysis" feature of our computer enables you to have the computer tell you when a prediction is likely to be inaccurate, hence the word "risk" being announced. It is based on the timings of your clicks and various other factors. For example, if you make obviously inaccurate clicks, the computer will let you know. You can set the requirements and restrictions to whatever level you want. The tighter the restriction, the less predictions you receive, but the more accurate they are. You can have only the 10% most accurate predictions, the 50% most accurate predictions, or just receive 100% of the predictions - you can set any level you want.
19. Are your algorithms and choice of mathematics really the best that can be used?
ABSOLUTELY. We did not pay two completely independent and highly qualified mathematicians a small fortune for nothing. They both designed almost identical algorithms which can be used on all wheels. They also designed additional algorithms which often optimize accuracy on specific wheels.
20. Does your computer use only one sample spin? I heard it's impossible for a computer to use only one sample because each spin is slightly different.
In particularly an ignorant competitor that knows very little about our technology has mislead others. Our computer begins with one sample spin, then learns the ball's behavior over all following spins. It is all done automatically while you play, and accuracy increases over time.
21. Can your computer deal with different wheel speeds?
Yes. Each prediction is adjusted for the wheel rotor speed on each spin. It is the only computer with this capability.
22. Does your computer need an earpiece?
NO. The computer can relay where to bet with vibrations that leave you in no doubt of where to bet. Exactly how the vibrations are used is released only to players, although there are many different ways you can use them - you basically set the computer as you like. But most players prefer the use of wireless earpieces which are fine in real casino conditions, provided the equipment is specially made to avoid detection as the equipment I supply is.
23. What switches do you supply?
Basically anything you want. There is an enormous range to choose from. A switch is just a switch and they are easily interchanged. The default switch we supply can be used as either a toe or finger switch - it has a 0.25mm travel distance which is an extremely small travel distance, which translates to accuracy.
24. If I use vibration mode, I won't actually hear beeps even if I feel clicks from the switch. How do I know if I accidentally missed a click?
With practice, missing clicks is something that almost never happens. But if it does, even in vibration only mode, the computer simply automatically returns to the start of play mode after whatever number of seconds you define in settings.
25. I understand your computer has an alternate program that enables predictions BEFORE the ball is released. What is this and how is this possible?
There are many names for this module - other roulette professionals have different names for it though, and even casinos themselves recognize it as effective. It can be used a variety of ways. Although less effective than the main program of the computer, it is still a valid and effective method to beat roulette, and indeed millions have been won with this method alone. It cannot be used effectively on all wheels, but usually more than enough wheels qualify at any given casino. The feature exists so that if for some reason your casino stops allowing bets after ball release, you can still use the computer and you haven't paid for something you can't use. So far no current players have ever needed to use this feature, and it will probably always be the case. But it is better to be with than without the feature.
26. If I replay the same spin repeatedly on DVD, can I test how well your computer deals with human errors in clicks?
Yes, but only if the DVD does not skip. See video 2 in the videos page for such a test which confirms our computer's ability to deal with errors in timings is second to none.
27. Can the computer be used to enter where the ball landed even when vibration mode is used?
Yes of course. You only need to use the correct settings.
28. Does your computer predict wheels that spin in different directions (i.e. clockwise, then anti-clockwise)?
Yes. You simply adjust the settings which can be done instantly.
29. How many seconds after the ball is released can I receive a prediction?
Generally you need to time at least a half wheel rotor revolution, and 4-5 ball revolutions. This is the time it takes to receive the prediction. Depending on the wheel, it usually gives you anywhere from 4 - 10 seconds to bet before no more bets is called, and you only need to make one bet.
30. Does your roulette computer require a camera to set up on new wheels?
NO. This is a rumor spread by other device developers that don't know the first thing about our technology. Setup at the wheel does not require any additional hardware. The rumor started because we sell a 60FPS video recorder which is a fast frame rate video recorder so ball behavior can be analyzed. It is of course not at all required, but it is useful for recording footage at the casino, then later observing it at home.
31. Do microprocessor devices have any significant advantage over mobile phone technology?
Other than they are cheaper and easier to develop, NO. The difference in speed of processing is negligible (less than 1MS). Even a 5MS difference in processing time would not be significant as individual timings can often be inaccurate by 60MS or so. Microprocessors are basically nothing more than calculators, and they lack the required capacity to handle algorithms that are required to beat modern wheels. We know this very well, and have developed numerous microprocessor devices, including the one demonstrated on our video demos page.
