Profit-split Partnerships

Alternative ways to obtain our roulette computers

Over the years, thousands of players have applied to become our profit-split partner where they only pay us part of their winnings. We have many such partners, and while some have been very successful, others haven't even had time to play. Despite our selection criteria, it is impossible to know which prospective partners will be productive. Some that appeared promising proved to be unproductive, whereas others we took a chance on proved very productive.

It is not feasible to simply send thousands of people a free computer and "see how they go" - it would just become messy. A consideration is also whether or not the extra money is worth the extra work (such as chasing up payments and checking progress), especially when we already live comfortably, and simply selling the devices at a fair price is simpler. But this "fair" price is still out of reach for the average player.

To find a balance that will maximize our revenue with the least effort possible, we now provide the following option:

LITE OR BASIC VERSION WITH PAYMENT PLAN AND AUTOMATIC UPGRADES

From our perspective, this is essentially a profit-split partnership that better ensures we are paid our entitlements. From your perspective, you end up paying more in total, but your up-front costs are lower - and you have the option of upgrading your computer as you progress:

How it works:

1. To initially receive the equipment, pay cost-price for the Lite or Basic version roulette computer (see computer comparison page). These are simplistic versions that are capable of beating many wheels, but they are nowhere near as powerful as the Uber and Hybrid versions (not as accurate, quick or easy to use).

2. You pay us a minimum fee each time you require an unlock code (every 500 spins). Once you've paid the required amount, you receive the next version. If you don't want the next version, simply continue to pay the minimum unlock fee every 500 spins.

The table below explains each version and the available options:

*You do not pay any unlock fees if you pay the full up-front price.

** If you are unable to pay the initial fee for a payment plan, you are unlikely to be in position to succeed with the computers anyway.

Examples of how it works are below:

IF YOU DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR COMPUTER (EXAMPLE STARTING WITH LITE 1P VERSION):

STEP 1: Pay $1500 for the 1p Lite version.

STEP 2: Pay $500 per unlock. You will need to profit $1 per spin to "break even" which is easily achieved with correct application. If you stop using the computer for a month or more, the remaining spins in the current 31 day period are forfeited. But you will not pay further fees until you re-commence use.

Once you have paid $4500 in unlock fees, you don't need to pay further unlock fees UNLESS you want to proceed to the Uber version. For example, to keep the 1p lite computer starting from a payment plan, you will have paid a total of $1500 + $4500 = $6,000. The other option is purchase outright for $4,200, and have a lifetime of free unlocks.

IF YOU INTENDED TO UPGRADE YOUR COMPUTER (EXAMPLE STARTING WITH BASIC VERSION):

STEP 1: Pay $400 for the basic version.

STEP 2: Pay at least $250 per unlock until a total of $7300 in unlock fees are paid. At this point you would have paid a total of $400 + $7300 = $7700. You then receive the 2-player Lite computer.

STEP 3: Pay at least $500 per unlock until a further $45,000 in unlock fees are paid. At this point you will have paid a total of $7700 + $45,000 = $52,700. You then receive the 2-player Uber version and won't need to pay any further unlock codes.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • While the total amount you pay is more with such payment arrangements, you have much lower startup costs. Essentially the whole process allows us to:

a. Maximize profit from use of the devices, without potentially wasting time with unproductive partners, or partners who don't pay our full entitlements, and

b. Make the devices more affordable to everyone, which in turn profits us more without taking too much of our time.

  • Once you've paid the required amount, you are upgraded to the next version. Of course if purchase the Basic version and pay only $250 per unlock, it will take a long time to purchase the Lite Version. So you can make your "unlock payments" whatever you want provided they are above the minimum amount. If you don't care about upgrading, you just pay the minimum unlock fee for however long you use the device.
  • Payment plans are not available if you begin with the Uber or Hybrid versions (you can only make full payment up-front).
  • Each 30 days or 500 spins (whichever comes first), you must enter an unlock code to keep the hardware operational. You are not charged any unlock fees for the first month as you'll likely only be practising during this time.
  • The payment arrangements are NOT available for the Hybrid version. However, the arrangments help me assess teams who are most suited to 50/50 profit split partnerships with the Hybrid roulette computer.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. Why is there such a big price difference between models?

See the comparison page. Ultimately development costs and value are much higher for the more powerful versions. The more powerful versions are more accurate, easier, and quicker to use. To give you an idea, on a difficult wheel, with the Basic or Lite version you may need 50 spins per direction to set-up before profitable play to resume on each day. This may take 2-4 or so hours before you start to profit. But with the Uber version, you can resume play almost immediately so you are out of the casino in much less time. Plus it is much more covert, so you can afford to win more without being detected. There are countless differences.

Q. Do the above arrangements affect existing partners who pay 50% profit split?

No, although a seperate agreement can be made for existing players if agreed upon by both parties.
