ACCESS CODES: Submit the below form to receive an access code. I will respond asap with the access code to activate the hardware.

 

INSTRUCTIONS: Got a new PC computer? Request the instructions for the roulette computer. You MUST enter the email address you used when purchasing, or your request will be automatically deleted. Also please note you can only have the instructions installed on one computer at a time, so once we send you the instructions for your new PC, we will disable the instructions on your other PC.

 

SOFTWARE UPDATE OR REPAIRS (read carefully!):

• Send me only what you need, not additional components. For example, I don't need the battery if you want to update the software. In fact as I'm not permitted to ship lithium batteries, if you send me batteries, I am not able to return them.

• Delete the java software BEFORE you ship. How to do this is explained in instructions.

• If you are NOT a profit split partner and the return is not the result of a defect or mistake of mine, send US$100 for return shipping and insurance. To make the payment via Paypal/credit card, click the link below:

• Use only a reputable courier company that allows you to track your parcel at any time AND SHIPS TO PO BOXES- for example, DHL does NOT ship to PO boxes. On the export paperwork, specify the value of each phone to be no more than US$200, and specify the export is only for repairs. Include with the phone a cover letter detailing who you are, and exactly what you wanted done (eg. updated software). Ship to:
