Frequently Asked Questions

1. If this technology works, why would you sell it? Wouldn’t you just keep it secret and use it yourself?

Purchasers pay a fair price. It’s not like I sell them for $49.95. Of course we use our own technology – specifically I manage many teams for a profit split. Despite having many partners, there are still far too many suitable casinos for us to play in them all. You might ask why I don’t simply partner with everyone that asks, but partnering with every interested person and sending everyone free roulette computers would get extremely messy in many ways. I only partner with the most suitable teams and individuals. To maximize revenue, I also sell (license) a limited number of computers to the public. When I feel my devices are becoming too common, I will stop sales completely to avoid use becoming too widespread. This will ensure my own teams are not affected, and revenue is maximized. The computers can be used to win online, and suggested strategies to beat roulette online are here.

2. How do I know if your roulette computer is legal to apply in my casino to win roulette?

Seek independent legal advice regarding this issue, although one option is to ask your local gaming authority – after all, they’re the ones that created the laws. My roulette computers are not to be used illegally under any circumstances. If I discover you are using the computer illegally, I will deny you access to ongoing codes that are required on a periodic basis to keep the software operational. Understand if you apply the technology illegally, you also put me at risk.

3. Is there a way to win without a roulette computer?

Yes, learn about the roulettephysics.com roulette system. Although it is not as effective as the roulette computer in situations where you can bet after ball release, it is legal in all jurisdictions, and enables you to bet before the ball is released.

4. Does your roulette computer use lasers in any way to detect where the ball will land?

Some versions of my roulette computer have applied lasers more as a part of research and development, but using lasers to determine ball timings is not recommended in casinos as they are easily detected. A better option is to use completely passive object tracking as the Hybrid Roulette Computer does.

5. Exactly how does the roulette computer take timings of the wheel and ball?

Different computers do different things. But typically, you click a hidden button (usually in your shoe) as the ball and wheel’s zero pass a reference diamond. The reference diamond can be any diamond as long as you don’t change it (there are some exceptions depending on the Uber version’s settings). The computer predicts where the ball will land based on the timings it receives.

6. Doesn’t manual clicking of the roulette computer button to take timings mean there will be human errors?

Yes of course, but the computers use advanced algorithms that take the errors into account. Furthermore, if the roulette computer determines that a particular timings are inconsistent with what is expected, the computer announces “risk” instead of giving a prediction.

7. Does the roulette computer have a warranty?

Yes, 12 months. If the roulette computer is broken after the 12 months, the replacement cost is US$1000 (just the roulette computer itself, not components) although you must return the broken roulette computer. The warranty permits free replacement of defective hardware only if it has been used as intended, not if it was broken due to dropping it or something similar.

8. Can you make your roulette computer smaller?

Yes, we have developed miniature computers before. But modified mobile phones are the perfect hardware in every respect. If you are physically searched by casino staff, everything will be found no matter how small the computer is. So it is better to have an easily explained mobile phone rather than a peculiar black box.

9. What follow-up support do you offer with your roulette computer?

The roulette computer is easy to apply and includes full documentation with illustrations and DVDs of test spins. I also provide email, phone, web cam and in-person support. You can also contact all other roulette system and computer players via the player only forum.

10. Can I purchase your roulette computer without a personal demo?

Yes of course. Roulette computer personal demos before you buy are optional. They are conducted in Melbourne Australia or live via webcam.

11. What else do I need to know about buying roulette computers?

I can confidently and honestly say my computers are by far the most accurate and most practical available anywhere. But of course any vendor will claim their product is best. So I suggest thoroughly research what roulette computers do and how they are made, then read the roulette computer comparison page, and you’ll better understand the difference between a simplistic computer, and a computer that is effective against modern roulette wheels.

12. What are the advantages of the roulette computer using wireless technology?

Normally the roulette computer has a cable with a button, and you click the button to take timings of the wheel and ball revolutions. Use of a wireless transmitter enables you to have one player taking the timings, and another placing the bets. If roulette computer wireless technology is applied, then either operators can walk away from each other and back again freely, and the connection will not be cut. The advantage of this is you and a team member can alternate who wins. This enables you to win more while remaining undetected. Additionally, the 2-player version enables two players to take timings (uber version only), which means predictions are earlier and more accurate.

13. Where is it legal to apply roulette computers?

Roulette computers are illegal in Australia, and most of the USA. They are legal in most other jurisdictions. As a user of our equipment, we will advise you where play is legal based on legal advice obtained either by ourselves or other players. However, we are not legal advisors, and you should still always obtain your own legal advice from solicitors. Another option is asking your local gaming authority. We have template emails you can send them to request information.

14. Do you offer a free evaluation copy of your roulette computer?

No, but you can see everything you want in person free of charge. You can even apply the computer for yourself on a real wheel. Additionally, if payment is held in escrow, you can witness a live personal demonstration via webcam. You can get all the proof of effectiveness you want provided your request is reasonable.

15. What if casinos do not permit bets after ball release anymore? Wont this make the computer worthless?

It is unlikely most casinos will ever forbid bets after ball release. This is because calling no more bets after ball release speeds up the game, so more bets are wagered, and the casino ultimately earns more. There are far more losers than winning roulette computer players, so it is not financially viable for casinos to call no more bets before the ball is released. But IF casino staff suspect someone of roulette computer use, they simply call no more bets earlier and earlier until the player either loses or leaves. There is no bashing, no ban, and no criminal charges. This is reality of computer play, but it is not difficult to earn very large sums before being suspected. Keep in mind that no matter how you win, no casino will tolerate consistent winners forever. So it is important to follow the procedures to avoid detection. However, if hypothetically late bets were no longer permitted at all, you could still use the software’s pattern analysis features which enable you predict where the ball will land, even if bets are placed before the spin. This pattern analysis feature specifically looks for part of the patterns for the system explained at www.roulettephysics.com. Additionally, if you purchase the Uber or Hybrid computers, you will be given free access to the www.roulettephysics.com software used by our players to beat roulette with bets before the ball release.

16. Can I pay you for the roulette computer with the profits or payments in installments?

You can pay ongoing fees with a lower start-up cost. This is a newer form of partnership I offer that better ensures I am paid my entitlements.

17. Who developed your computers?

The about us page gives an outline of who is involved in the development of my roulette computers.

18. Can your computer deal with different wheel (rotor) speeds?

Yes of course. Additionally, each prediction is adjusted according to the specific rotor speed when the ball is predicted to fall. This greatly enhances scatter predictability. The uber and hybrid versions are the only computers with this capability.

19. Does your computer need an earpiece?

NO. The computer can relay where to bet with vibrations that leave you in no doubt of where to bet. Exactly how the vibrations are used is released only to players, although there are many different ways you can use them – you set the computer as you like. But most players prefer the use of wireless earpieces which are overall the best option.

20. What switches do you supply?

Basically anything you want. There is an enormous range to choose from. A switch is just a switch and they are easily interchanged. The default switch we supply can be used as either a toe or finger switch – it has a 0.25mm travel distance which is an extremely small travel distance, which translates to accuracy.

21. If I use vibration mode, how do I know if I accidentally missed a click?

If you miss a click, you simply don’t get a prediction. Then the computer automatically returns to the start of play mode after whatever number of seconds you define in settings.

22. Can the computer be used to enter where the ball landed even when vibration mode is used without an earpiece?

Yes but you need to use the correct settings.

23. Does your computer predict wheels that spin in different directions (i.e. clockwise, then anti-clockwise)?

Yes, the computer has a feature that enables this in an easy and practical way.

24. How many seconds after the ball is released can I receive a prediction?

For the single player uber version: you must clock at least 1/2 rotor rotor revolution, and 2-6 ball revolutions. This is the time it takes to receive the prediction. The clicks can be done simultaneously. Depending on the wheel, it usually gives you anywhere from 4 – 10 seconds to bet before no more bets is called. For the two-player version, you can receive predictions as early as 2 seconds after ball release.

25. Do microprocessor devices have any significant advantage over mobile phone technology?

Other than they are cheaper and easier to develop, no. The difference in processing speed is negligible (less than 1MS). Even a 5MS difference in processing time is insignificant because individual timings errors are usually inaccurate by 50ms. Microprocessors are basically nothing more than calculators, and they lack the required capacity to handle algorithms that are required to beat modern wheels. We have developed numerous microprocessor devices, including the one demonstrated on the videos page.

26. On what wheels can I apply your Roulette Computer?

My roulette computer is guaranteed to be effective on all wheel designs. While it can beat any wheel design, variables beyond your control may make beating the wheel too difficult or impractical. For example, if the wheel spins only once every 5-10 minutes, this makes play very time consuming. As another example, if no more bets is called immediately after ball release, there is no time to clock the wheel. Ultimately it is the conditions a wheel is operated under that makes a wheel unbeatable, not so much the wheel itself.

27. Is it possible to obtain your roulette computer from anywhere else?

No. A dishonest developer of other devices claims that he offers our devices at a reduced price as a manipulative marketing tactic. Each of our devices require specific firmware to be installed on the phone. The firmware must be for a specific phone model. The firmware installation requires particular equipment. Then the roulette computer software is installed to the phone, which is individually matched to the phone and its firmware. Without my installation equipment and the original source code for our software, it is impossible to replicate our roulette computers. If you see someone claiming to offer our roulette computers, you can be sure they are lying and you can find out for yourself by accepting their offer.

28. Can induction loops be detected?

An induction loops is the transmitter that sends the audio to the wireless earpiece. Sellers of roulette computers that don’t use wireless earpieces spread nonsense about wireless earpieces. Never once has a roulette computer player been detected from an induction loop signal. For an induction loop to be detected, a detector would need to be placed next to the player’s face right when the computer gives a prediction. If someone gets this close to you, you will know it. And for them to have the detector at your face at the correct split-second moment is not going to happen. Casino staff detect roulette computer players primarily from the consistency of the computer player’s behavior, not from induction loops.

29. Can your computers work without any induction loops?

Yes, the basic, Uber and Hybrid versions have a vibration feature which send predictions to you by device vibration. So you don’t need an induction loop if you don’t want to use one. However, very few players prefer vibration because there is no problem with using induction loops.

30. Are mobile phones permitted in casinos?

Almost everyone carries a mobile phone, and they are permitted in 99% of casinos. However, casino staff will ask you to temporarily step back from the table if you receive a call. Having a roulette computer built into a mobile phone is the perfect cover.

31. What modifications are done on the phones?

Normal mobile phones cannot accurately process timings, so they are unsuitable for roulette computers. This is why our phones are modified. How we modify each phone depends on the model, but in most cases we install a crystal oscillator that acts as a perfect microprocessor timer, then we re-program the phone firmware to source it’s timings from the new timer. So the phone has the timer, custom firmware, and interface software that all depend on each other. This gives the best combination of accurate timings and complex algorithms to predict roulette spins. The modifications are difficult and expensive, which is why most roulette computers are unmodified phones or PDAs, or microprocessors. We are the only roulette computer developers who modify the phones.

32. Can a mobile phone or induction loop be detected at the door?

If the casino uses metal detectors, virtually any electronic device can be detected whatever it may be. But it is very rare to casinos to use metal detectors. Assuming the device was detected, only a normal looking mobile phone is found. With other roulette computers, the casino finds a suspicious little electronic device. The induction loop does not trigger metal detectors as they don’t contain enough metal. But even if they did, they can even be sewn into clothing or made to appear as jewellery. Again very few casinos use metal detectors or forbid mobile phones. The most extreme case of casino security is being physically searched at the door (almost never), in which case a thorough search may reveal everything. And in such cases, it is much better to have a mobile phone than suspicious little electronic device.

33. I read somewhere that induction loops and earpieces get you caught because now all casinos have automatic scanners at the door. Is this true?

No. The only person that said this is another roulette computer seller that has had his roulette computer software published for free by people he scammed. His computers used inducrtion loops. Now he created new simplistic roulette computers to sell that are made from hardware, so there is no actual “software” that people can distributed for free. So perhaps as expected, he claims his now freely available computers are useless, and his new ones are essential. Generally simplistic computers are much cheaper to make, but are not capable of using induction loops to just “speak” the predicted numbers. This roulette computer seller is simply protecting his business and will say what he must. Never in the history of roulette computers has a player been caught because of an induction loop. It is a player’s consistent winning and behavior that gets them detected. Nevertheless, all of my roulette computers are capable of using phone vibrations that tell you where to bet. Specifically the phone vibrates when the metal diamond is above the predicted number. So if you choose, you don’t need to use an induction loop. However it is much easier when the computer to just tells you the numbers to bet, and it does not significantly increase risk of detection.

34. Wont the casino staff see the roulette computer?

NO, because it is hidden in one of many places. It can be in your pocket, your shoe, taped to your thigh and just about anywhere. It is operated by a hidden cable with a small button that sits either under your toe or sewn into your clothing. There are countless places to hide the cable and button. You are told where to bet by a miniature wireless earpiece that is deep within your ear canal, although the phone can also use vibrations without the need for earpieces. The casino staff see none of the equipment and we make it this way. This is not because of legalities, as we only use the computers legally. We hide the equipment because no casino will tolerate a consistent winner, no matter how they win.

35. What are the advantages of the 2-player Uber version?

A full list of the differences is at the comparison page, but a summary of the benefits of the 2-player version is below:

* Much earlier predictions without loss of accuracy: To get a prediction with the 1-player version, the player needs to clock the rotor, and then the ball in this order. But in some casinos, the ball is released very slowly and there isn’t much time to make all clicks and still have time to bet. With the 2-player version, one player can clock the wheel, and the other player can clock the ball simultaneously. Ultimately this ensures you get predictions in time without losing accuracy. With the 1-player version you can still use 1 cable for the rotor and the other for ball timings, but this requires more skill and you lose significant accuracy due to user-error.

Additionally, if you need predictions very early, you may only have time to clock 1 ball revolution but doing so means you have very little accuracy (clocking more revolutions means higher accuracy). The 2-player version allows both players to clock the ball at the same time, which greatly reduces clocking errors while still giving very early predictions. This is the only roulette computer with this capability.

* More covert: Only ONE player needs to look at the wheel, while the player making bets doesn’t need to look at the wheel. This enables them to win more without drawing undue attention.

* Multiple players receive predictions: on many wheels, with simpler settings, assured long-term profit is only possible if you bet on 15 or so numbers. The computer tells you which areas are most and least likely to win, and how many numbers you must cover. If you bet too few numbers, you will exclude areas of the wheel where the ball is most likely to fall. But betting on 15 or so numbers requires team-play on many tables, where 2-3 players make bets. The 2-player version is the only computer anywhere that gives multiple players either that same or different sectors to bet on, so all bets can be placed in time.

There are countless different wheels and conditions you will encounter in real casinos, and only the 2-player version has the capabilities to deal with just about everything imaginable. It doesn’t mean winning is possible in all conditions, just that the Uber 2-player incorporates features to deal with almost all real casino conditions where sustained winnings is possible.
